Our buildings are dismantled by professional CITB trained personnel and brought back to our yard in Tuxford where the steelwork is available for inspection. A visit to our yard to view our buildings is highly recommended so that you can fully appreciate the quality of the steelwork and view all of our stock so that you can find the building that meets all of your requirements.

Why buy second hand buildings?

Waste reduction and local re-use carry significant carbon benefits. Although new steel sections are made with 60% recycled content they still have 25 times the environmental impact of reused steel sections. Use of reclaimed steel is estimated by Building Research Establishment (BRE) as having 96% lower environmental impact compared to new.

1 tonne of reclaimed steel saves 1.8 tonnes of CO2 emissions. ¹
